Introduction

The Mas Les Almugavares* house is situated on a hill which overlooks the Tech valley and the Canigou mountain and is surrounded by vineyards and forests of cork-oak. From here you have a panoramic view to both the sea and the mountains.

From here you can explore the surrounding countryside, the picturesque shady lanes loved by mountain bikers. The varied landscape of this area means you can travel from the long sandy beaches of the Cote Vermeille to as far as Barcelona, or, by going in the opposite direction to the mountains and Andorra.

There are three rental possibilities:

-a fully-equipped appartement , sleeps 2 or 4, weekly rental only

-a room, sleeps 1 or 2, available for 1 night or on a weekly basis

-a Mongolian Yurt which sleeps 2 to 5, with a separate private fully-equipped kitchen, available on a nightly or weekly basis.

If you wish, breakfast on the terrace is possible on request. We can also offer our guests the opportunity to discover some of local products through our ‘table d’hote’ dinners.

The owner’s heated swimming pool is at your disposal. It is situated on a secluded hilltop with a magnificent view of Mount Canigou.
